The Safe and Natural Way to Remove Warts

/ by

Warts are pretty much harmless…

…and are only a cause for concern if they cause discomfort in any way, such as pain or bleeding when bumped, or are simply ugly to look at. They can go away on their own, but this can take as long as years, if they even go away at all. Wart removal medications from over the counter have mixed reviews, with some people claiming fantastic progress while others claim they had zero effect and they regret wasting their hard-earned money. Before trying any of the over the counter chemical methods, here are a few home remedies that you should give a shot. These remedies are 100% all natural, pose zero health risks, and are sworn to get results by many.

Apple Cider Vinegar

It’s incredible that apple cider vinegar has been credited for curing so many different things, including such possibly dangerous and hard to treat conditions such as acid reflux disease and high cholesterol. Many have also reported that apple cider vinegar can help with wart removal. One method of application is to, before bed, soak a small cotton ball with the apple cider vinegar, and then fasten it to the wart using medical tape. There are reports of this method working overnight, though more realistic accounts suggest a month may be more believable.

Castor Oil

The Castor bean is responsible for one of the deadliest poisons in the world, but it’s also responsible for Castor oil, another revered natural remedy used by many. As a wart removal treatment, this type of vegetable oil should be applied in the same fashion as the apple cider vinegar treatment up above. Many claims that it works just as well if not better have been made, even though there are not nearly as many proponents of this treatment as of the apple cider vinegar. It’s probably just because people are more likely have apple cider vinegar around the house for cooking purposes.

A Potato

remove warts

Yes, as ridiculous as it might sound some say that if you cut a potato in half, and rub the inside on the wart daily, it will eventually disappear. This treatment doesn’t have an enormously large group of followers, but there are plenty of accounts of the potato working miracles. It’s worth a shot, right? And, as an added bonus, you can plant the other half outside and have a potato plant later on!

For those with really bad warts.
